Dr. Eakins is an innovator and builder who has successfully scaled businesses that enable exceptional, patient-centered care. He was President and COO at Unified Women’s Healthcare, where he also created the value-based, AI business. He trained at Northwestern before joining McKinsey & Company.
Eric Nichols is a seasoned healthcare strategist and operations veteran with a proven track record in physician partnership, growth and value-based care. Prior to Atria, Eric grew a portfolio of seven operating units in 5 states by 38%/ year at Axia Women’s Health. At DaVita, Eric led a 44-center, $300M dialysis operation and fully-capitated kidney care ACO. Eric has also led dozens of initiatives in the US, UK, and India as a strategist at DaVita and McKinsey.
Donna Grenier is CFO of Atria Health, bringing deep financial expertise and a proven track record of success in healthcare. Her leadership experience includes financial leadership roles at First Fertility and Plum Dental, where she drove profitability in a high-growth environment.
